Jacob got his first taste of soccer this fall. Here he is with two neighborhood friends, Breaker Mendenhall, and Garrison Grimes. This picture was taken on a freezing cold morning after it had rained pretty much steady for a week, and the field was soggy and slippery. Mom had to do a lot of coaxing to get him out on the field most games, but once he was out there, he did a great job of agressively kicking and chasing after the ball. He didn't enjoy having to switch positions several times a game (change is hard for him), but he stuck with it! What cute 5-year-olds!
